Eczema 3 year old

Does anyone know what I can use for my little ones eczema? She randomly started getting it on her neck and arm. Gp prescribed steroid cream and a moisturiser but not sure about the steroid

I have to use the steroids on my daughter but I use it sparingly when it gets bad. Otherwise I just use a variety of moisturisers to delay it coming back so bad as fast. Hydromol is good, E45 itch was good, cetreban, epaderm. It always comes back but they help a bit before needing steroids x

Yeah you have to be careful with steroid cream, I use it on my daughter when it flares up bad but otherwise after trying a fair few creams we now use Diprobase which seems to work well

Diprobase is good, I’ve had eczema all my life and steroid creams are the only thing that gives me relief from it. Definitely recommend using it if she has a bad flare up, the other creams can sooth but it’s only temporary. Anything with oats is great too, you can get small muslin bags, fill them with oats and put them in the bath, it’s amazing for the skin, all natural and cheap x

Try Artio Baby soap and Shea Butter Balm. I have been using this brand for over a year now and it calms my daughters eczema down. I also mix this with tallow which seemed to clear up her eczema.
