Wobbly belly when laughing
Anyone else’s belly literally shake up and down when they laugh? I’m 4.5 weeks PP so not sure if this is normal due to the healing or whether my core muscles aren’t okay? I had a C-Section
I’ve been left with an apron belly so not sure if I’m noticing it more compared to pre birth due to the extra skin etc to wobble haha

This is normal, your organs aren’t yet where they originally were, which gives you “jelly belly” as i call it. I also had a c section x
