Worth the wait 🌸

She’s here! After a very intense and challenging 18 hour labour and complicated delivery, our sweet little Violet was born on 29th October, ten days overdue 🩷 After being pushed and pushed for induction or an elective c-section and having to advocate hard for myself, I went into spontaneous labour exactly 1 hour before I was due to have my waters broken as a ‘gentle induction’. We cannot wait to take her home and introduce her to her big brother🥹 but for now she’s spending some time in the NICU due to an infection.
