Alternatives to shop bought baby snacks

My baby is badly teething and the only things I can get her to eat at the baby banana wafers or melty sticks, and a few bites of cold fruit or cucumber. The shop bought snacks are fine and very handy but pretty much empty calories so obvs cant do every meal!! Any ideas for alternatives? Im guessing babies like them because of the crunch when teething??

Would your little one eat toast? I find mine really like toast when teething.

@Emma she will nibble a tiny bit but doesnt swallow much of it 😭

Yeah mine can be the same.. does love the store crisps but I can fall back on peanut butter on toast! We are having issues with teething at the moment too!

Its a nightmare isnt it! Shes been chewing the edge of the high chair tray and screaming 😭

My little one is teething and the only thing she’s really eating is full fat yoghurt 😩

Have you tried freezing yoghurt? Use like a calpol syringe to draw it up like little melty buttons and put it on baking tray in freezer x

@Amy funny you say that my mum sent me a video of that today so I must try that thank you x

Put things like peanut butter, cream cheese or avacado on them for extra nutrients
