My son has these on his neck has for a few weeks and the odd one on his elbow or legs it looks like dry skin but doesn’t feel dry? Any clue what it is?

Eczema?
It could be Eczema / Urticaria / Contact dermatitis... I've suffered with these contions on / off and the patches look similar. My LG aslo had similar around 6m old, I changed her products to Aveeno and they cleared up immediately!

My daughter has something like that and they said its ringworm caused by her dribbling
It's eczema. My little one gets it when he's had a reaction and my oldest gets it in the summer on his leg for no reason x
So could be dry skin or allergy but I'd go to the doc just to make sure xxx
