Teething
My son is teething so he went through being fevered still kinda is but nose is runny and one side of cheek is flared up.
At what point is necessary to take him to the doctor or emergency?

But you could still go to the clinic to get Tylenol or buy it over the counter like walgreens or cvs pain and reliever Tylenol , baby Tylenol with syringe inside
Sounds like a infection in the mouth from putting something in his mouth may need antibiotics Id say go to an overnight urgent care Unless baby isn’t bothered. Also depends how high the fever is and how long. Have you been trying to treat it ?
