Child support help

So I have a SUPERIOR COURT HEARING for child support coming up what usually happens here ? also do I have to be in court with my bd if I don’t feel safe being in the same place with him who do I talk to he done texted my phone in the past called my phone from blocked numbers saying his going to beat my ssa (I don’t have texts anymore ) but can someone please help me
