Pasta is a really easy one. Cut up an onion and garlic, sautee in a pot. Add in a can of hunts tomato sauce and 1 can hunts petite diced tomatoes. Add in lots of basil and parsley, some red pepper, salt, and black pepper. Simmer. In another pot, boil water with salt and then cook penne noodles until ready. Then eat!
Sandwiches, omelets, tacos, hamburgers, sweet potato fries. The last one: cut up sweet potatoes into wedges, season with olive oil, cumin, garlic, black pepper, and salt (omit the salt for kids under 1). Bake for 20 min at 425°F, flip them at 10 min

Butter Noodles are super easy! I do them healthier with olive oil- but basically just cook your noodles, add some oil, salt & pepper to taste, and parmasan cheese. I like to add herbs like chive too. That's it! You can also do dirty rice (cooked rice mixed with seasonings & ground meat), and salmon patties (canned salmon mixed with salt, pepper, dill & egg then pan fried). Serve with a side of steamed Cauliflower Carrots 🥕 or Broccoli 🥦 and you have a meal. Hope this helps!

@Erin Also, I'd recommend getting a rice cooker (can be used for steaming veggies too) AND a slow cooker (crockpot) + book of slow cooker recipes. These are MAJOR time savers and make daily cooking easier! You just have to do some meal planning & prep, but you will usually be able to make enough to have leftovers.
Avocado toast on sourdough. I prefer it drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with red pepper. Super quick and easy. And healthy. For my daughter I do black pepper instead of red
