There’s a hydrotherapy pool in Whitley but no idea if it’s open to public x
The quays is so warm but it’s a dive as in the facilities. Such a shame as used to be amazing and clean. It’s a bit far for you but holly hill pleasure centre is spotless but hit and miss with temp of the pool.
You can use the hydrotherapy pool at winchester hospital but only if sign up for lessons with baby squids or water babies
