Another option! Can you get someone on etsy to design a cake topper (or could you?) and you can print it out and put it onto card? Then you just stick it to a kebab stick / cocktail stick Also - if you message some etsy sellers they may be able to do a rush job for you and send it out next day delivery for you x

@Katie, I can not thank you enough. We are gifting my son Numberblock figurines for his birthday, and it never occurred to me to use them, but it's genius!!
I remember my 3rd birthday cake and it was a plain cake that had 2 figurines in it. One for me and one for my twin brother. We both loved toy story at the time and i was so happy with our cake
