What should I do?!

Dad isn't in the picture nor on the birth certificate. He accused me of cheating, and the dna test says our daughter is his. He has been the one cheating on me, and when i found out he left with his new girlfriend, god knows how long. So he has been missing since July. I am trying to get into a better shelter, and from his family, he is off with his other girlfriend using my stuff that he moved in with his gf somewhere. Highly annoyed. His mom won't tell me where he is staying. What actions can be taken and done? Is hasn't helped pay for our daughter since she was 5 maybe 6 months old and she is 2 going onto 3 in June. This man has made my life a living hell as a forst time mom wit no help, on my own. I feel so discouraged. I'm crying constantly and I feel like I'm never enough
