Do you really not use salt in your baby's food?

Just for reassurance, I'm not the only one 😅

If baby is eating what I’m eating I’ll try not to add salt and add it after but I don’t go crazy reading labels

I don’t add salt to our meals when cooking but my baby does eat foods with added salt such as bread and houmous

No added salt at all

I don't add salt when cooking, and i do check some labels, but I don't go over the top of like oh no this has 0.5g of salt can't have that 😅

I don’t add any pure salt to food but I do use like reduced salt stock and other things that have small amounts in but mainly add flavour

it's best to not add salt at all as its not safe for their kidneys. not even added to pasta water. please do proper research before giving your baby stuff.

Baby eats what we eat. I buy reduced salt/sugar/fat everything… always have done and I don’t add salt to food so 🤷🏼‍♀️ x
