It is difficult when they are mobile and active. My 1year old plays with EVERYTHING but his toys. It's insane. Luckily, I have a job when I don't have inbound calls but we still have team meetings. So I feel you.
I feel you on this. Thankfully I don’t have constraints of meetings (I used to so I know how hard it is) and more so get the work done when she’s asleep. At first it was SO hard. But I wake up about 1.5hrs before she wakes up for the day, then my husband watches her while I finish up a good 3hrs of work. Then she’ll nap 2x a day 2.5-3hrs and I’ll work then. If there’s anything left to do I’ll do it once she goes to bed. It’s not for the faint of heart but my insurance is too good to quit full time with us both on it. My mom would come over and watch her if I needed to be on meetings and that was super helpful. Maybe there’s someone who would do the same when you have to be in meetings and she’s awake?
My daughter is almost 1 year old and I WFH. It's hard but not impossible. It's getting harder with her being so mobile and wanting to get into everything but she has a variety of toys and I'll play music in the background when I'm not on any calls.
