Next year won’t be too late, I only just got nursery sorted 😅 that can wait until next year lol unless you want your child to go to a private and prestigious school then starting this early is probably a good idea
Yes make a short list and tour again next year, it no harm.
I’m not even worrying about it till next year I’ve just got my head around my son at nursery can’t deal with the thought of him being at school yet he is far to small
You’d want to revisit anyway. So much can change in a school in a year. For example the head teacher could change. You could do it but I don’t think it would avoid you needing to do it again before applying.
Schools can change a lot in a year. I wouldn’t bother personally.

I wouldn’t bother until next year. We don’t apply until Jan 2026 so stuff could change at the schools in that time to change your view of which you prefer.
