Snacks?

Hi mums, my little boy turned 1 last week and we’ve just dropped down to 2 bottles of cows milk a day- the bottle we dropped was our 3/4pm one, he has lunch at 12/1 and then dinner between 5-5.30, so I’m just wondering what everyone gives as a snack?

Yoghurt, fruit, baby snacks like wafers baby crisps veggie sticks etc, cheese cubes, cucumber and dips. We have a snack mid morning and mid afternoon and then whenever he’s hungry in between tbh he’s more of a grazer than a meal eater x

Perfect, I gave him yoghurt this afternoon and then panicked incase it wasn’t enough🙈 He’s still having two naps so I’m thinking our day will look something like this- bottle around 8 Readybrek with fruit around 9/9.30 Nap Lunch between 12-1 nap Snack between 3-4 Dinner 5/5.30 Bedtime bottle between 7-8 Maybe I should add in another snack before his lunch- does that sound normal or should I be changing anything? I’m a ftm so this is all so new to me and I’m not going to lie I’m very stressed lol

So by this age they should have 3 meals and 2 snacks so I’d try and add a snack between the nap and lunch if you can but I wouldn’t stress too much every baby is so different just follow their lead x

Thank you so much! Should baby be getting supper before his bedtime bottle x

3 meals and 2 snacks is enough unless baby indicates they’re still hungry. Only time we give more food before bed is on nursery days if he didn’t eat much of his tea x
