I see what you mean, it’s probably not adhd. If she has any kind of sugar in her diet I suggest you to cut the sugar completely… this helped me with my daughter a lot… good luck and you are doing an amazing job ❤️❤️
My toddler is 2.5 years old and he is the same. The nursery he is at have put an IEP plan is plan for him as his behaviour is a bit concerning at times such as biting himself. I look at my toddler compared to others and his energy levels are unreal. It wouldn't surprise me considering it runs in the male side of my family and I have it too
They will not diagnose a toddler with ADHD. She still has room for changes. So give her some grace. I have a very active 2 year old, too, so I understand what you mean when you say you "can't meet her energy level." I feel the same. Try an establish a support system that allows you to just have some time for yourself(if you don't already have one). The key to managing an active child is to be an active parent. In other words, try taking her out to places that give her the opportunity to run & jump but still be safe. Right now, don't worry about ADHD. Embrace her unique, energetic approach to life.
