Anyone feel unbelievably tired pregnant and caring for toddler?

I'm 14 weeks 4 days with an almost 3 year old, 11 month old and the rest are school age 14,9,6. I'm tired also! I get irritable easily! Yea when I overdo it, I get pelvic pain or pains in my back.

14 weeks and 20 months old and a 4 year old who also loves to be held ( are you in Feb 2023 group? lol) I have been feeling tired mostly by the end of the day or in the mornings when I just wake up. For some reason, I felt way more tired in my previous pregnancy when there was only one. I still have nausea and some vomiting, but it was more severe with my two previous pregnancies.
14 weeks with 6 month old. Definitely feel this!
My little girl will be two on Sunday she has been following me more then ever she wants me to hold her but she is getting so heavy that I have to put her down a few minutes after just picking her up I’m so tired all the time I’m always walking around and forgetting to eat bec she’s always needing me
Yes 12 weeks with an almost 12 month old 🫠 it’s hard. I feel your pain.
