I've seen people sneak in some quality bone stock and an egg yolk to plain pasta and plain rice Protein powder into milk for cereals
Only fruit and yoghurt at the moment 🫠 hardly anything savoury!
If my little girl refused dinner I found scrambled eggs for protein and the some Avocado for healthy fats she would always eat or banana or sometimes I found her fav pouch meals as back up. But I wouldn't force her to eat. Instead I would just come back to it again in an hour. Try not to get stressed or else I found it made the whole situation worse but it was so disheartening.
