Nappy rash cream

Hi ladies, Can anyone recommend a better cream than yellow metanium? Doesn’t seem to be shifting this nappy rash. We’re doing nappy free time, I’ve tried bepanthen and Sudocream and coconut oil but it’s still there. It’s not bad but it’s not shifting and I don’t want it to get worse! Thanks! A

The only thing that helped us was figuring out the reason for the rash - which for us was food allergies. Cutting foods out/giving antihistamines + metanium to soothe rash as it healed were the only thing that worked.
