Sadly yes tried pancakes of mixed variety some with oats, flour, we’ve added raspberries and blueberries which she likes and hates the texture in pancake or cake form 🫠
The only thing my some would eat for breakfast for a long time was Weetabix but at 9 months it's still quite new to them and milk is more important so I wouldn't be too worried
My son refused to eat breakfast at all until he was 18 months! The earliest I could get food into him was a little yoghurt before his morning nap at around 10:30. Even now, he’s 5.5 years old and still not interested in food early in the day, on school days I have to sneak a bit of food into him by making ‘mama bars’ (baked oats), on weekends he won’t ask for breakfast until 9. But he eats great the rest of the time so I don’t worry. So people just aren’t breakfast people!
I wouldn't sweat it. If she is eating good at lunch and dinner just let her do her thing she will eat breakfast when she is ready.
Have you had any luck with banana pancakes? For ages it was one of the few things my baby would eat. It’s just 1 banana, 3 tablespoons of flour and 2 tablespoons of milk. Once we made sure he can have eggs I started adding 1 egg and then just reducing the amount of milk I’ve been adding. I usually add a little bit of cinnamon and if I want to boost the nutritional value I add a sprinkle of hemp seeds or a teaspoon of a nut butter, frozen blueberries or spinach or anything else I’ve got in the cupboard really.
