Only plain natural / Greek yoghurt. Children’s yoghurts are full of sugar
Greek yoghurt but we mash or puree fruit in it as well.
Koko, since he has a milk allergy. But I started him on Yeo Valley Organic Greek Yogurt, that’s how we discovered the allergy 😂

We use the yeo valley natural yogurt just because it comes in a tiny pot so we don’t waste it
No added sugar petits filous, I like the little pots and it has similar sugar content to plain Greek yoghurt (50g pot has 2.3G sugar and Tesco plain Greek yoghurt has 2.1g sugar per 50g yoghurt)
Any plain full fat or Greek yoghurt and I mix with fresh blueberries, raspberries or banana

My LG hated greek yogurt, I think because it’s slight tart even when I mixed fruit purées into it. So now she has no added sugar petit filous and loves it, they’re strawberry and banana flavoured and the sweetness is very subtle
