Toddler foods that aren’t pre packaged crap

I am having such a hard time getting my kids to eat anything that doesn’t come out of a box or frozen. I try to offer meals we cook but they refuse and when I’m at my wits end I just give them something I know they’ll eat bc I need them to EAT something. I feel like such a failure.

Every mom I've talked to says the same thing basically so we're all failing together, myself included! I started giving my son a Flintstones vitamin just to cover our bases. We try to have at least one thing they will eat at mealtimes - usually bread or rice and a lot of times that's all they eat, plus milk. Recently my almost 4 year old has been trying things more so just keep at it mama!

Honey ham sliced from the deli is a go to of mine And sliced honey Turkey as well. I have my daughter have those w potato slices or mashed potatoes and add veggies and fruit to the side. I also make crispy chicken and she loves it. I do that as a chicken nugget replacement. Also while it’s processed food I buy organic chicken sausages from Aldi. It’s processed but I feel it’s a better option then other processed food out there

Mash potatoes, gravy and meatballs are my son’s fav.. same with spaghetti with marinara, fish cakes..

For breakfast my daughter (and me bc it’s delicious) has a smoothie: whatever fruit I have- typically blueberries, bananas, strawberries, kale, spinach, Greek yogurt, and water. She DOWNS it. And she will also have a Hawaiian roll. She loves bread😂

Omg i thought my daughter is the only one that refusing to eat anything right now 🤦‍♀️ she will only eat same foods and stuff that she used to enjoy and eat she wont anymore
