Please take him to get checked out. Might be asthmatic. Might be a cold but my sister's son has breathing issues and has been hospitalized a lot recently. Please take him.

He rarely does it and his breathing seems fine honestly he mimics me too when I do it

Why am I the only one that's responded?? I know other moms are up. I'm finally able to be on my phone after household and baby duties. I've been up since 4a.

If it's not often, it's still enough for the possibility of being asthma or any other issues. My sister let it go for a year because it was "rarely" and then he ended up with bronchitis and pneumonia over 5x over the last two years. He is 8. Just monitor. And get a stethoscope for home to check regularly. If it sounds like it's raspy or wooshy when he's breathing then take him to get looked at. My son has a small murmur but we haven't been able to get an appointment until the 20th and it's been a month. I had a heart murmur as a baby. I grew out of it. When I was walking one day when I was 15 I had a stroke. The Doctors said it was from an undiagnosed heart murmur that exacerbated over time. I have had breathing problems ever since and can't do really much of anything that requires over 50 lbs to be moved/lifted/carried/etc. I'm almost 30. I have a work from home job that requires essentially no movement. I still get breathing problems often. So please. Just be careful.. that "rarely" is sometimes serious.

@Monica yeah if he’s still doing it tomorrow then we will take him in I gave him a mushed banana today and after that he started making that noise but he had no sign of allergy anything he’s eating normal doing everything normal he just started making that noise

I'm glad you posted again. I don't see where it's posted another time. I only see this one and it was weirdly at the top when I opened the app and usually when I open the app it shows the pictures of the other moms where you swipe left or right or up or down. I don't know which. I avoid doing that part of this app. Lol.

He might be making himself do the noise. My son like does a grunt/growl to communicate when he likes something. I call him my little caveman. Lol.

He also purrs. I can't even purr. 😂 He's 8 months 3 weeks on Wednesday.
