What are we feeding our picky eaters. My 15 months old used to eat anything I put in front of him now will only entertain chips, plain pasta, fruit pouches, banana pancakes, fish fingers ect starting to worry about not eating any veg

I have found egg muffins a good way to get veg in. Like chopped spinach, kale, mushrooms, peppers. The list goes on. Just mix eggs with a little milk and the cooked veg. Then fill into muffin forms and top with cheese and bang in the oven for a while.

Cucumber and grated veg seem to be a hit! I’m talking grated carrot, grated courgette, grated peppers - I tend to grate veg, zap it in the microwave with some water and mix onto pasta (or serve next to) - works a treat, even mixed with a bit of Philadelphia.
