Self feeding

My son eats rice with his own hands 😬

We have two spoons, one that she has a go with herself and one that I’m preloading for her at the same time. Then she will just put her hands in too if she wants to 🤣x

Hands.. no matter the consistency

Depends what it is. Usually she uses her spoon herself but will also use her hands

I serve rice/couscous with a sauce mixed in as he doesn’t like it plain. He will do a mix of spoon feeding himself and feeding with his hands

I mix with sauce and then he mainly spoonfeeds himself with some help from me/some hands

My girl spoon feeds herself now. If she is getting to the end she might then use her hands.

He mostly uses his hands but has been using a spoon for oatmeal! At first he was super messy but now he’s pretty good at it until he gets distracted 😂
