Medicaid/ insurance
Does anyone here have Medicaid and knows the process for it! My husband and I just moved to PR and I’m pregnant and need some insurance to see a doctor. Or knows any free clinic that can look at me in the mean time?
Complejo Office Park, Avenida Hostos 349, Suite 308, Mayagüez, PR 00680 I believe thats their address. You gotta make an appointment and ask there what you should bring or do to obtain medicaid. Possible documents you may need: IDs Birth Certificate SS# Proof of pregnancy (Lab or dr letter) Proof of income (pay stub/ EBT, whatever applies) Proof of address (Electric bill, water bill or phone bill) Process can take from a week till a Month.
