Quick, Easy Dinner Ideas

I am 6 weeks postpartum, and I am dreading when I will have to make dinners, except for the fact that I want to meal plan each week and such the way I did prior to giving birth. Thus, I need like 15 minute or less meal ideas I can put together for when my baby naps in the afternoon. Anyone have any favorites/go-to meals?

Chili: dump one can chili beans, one can diced tomatoes, and one pound ground beef raw, and one bag frozen spinach into the pressure cooker. Cook on high pressure. Leave on warm until dinner.

Pasta with chicken, sausage or broccoli with any salsa you like or meat with veggies or hot dogs, salads with frozen chicken tenders kinda like a Cesar salad idk I don’t have any more ideas other than sandwiches

https://www.saltandlavender.com/easy-chicken-and-rice-soup/ Just made this one and it was amazing. The recipe calls for raw chicken thighs but we just got a Costco rotisserie chicken and used part of that and it worked. Also you can use the rotisserie chicken for oven nachos. Literally chips, meat, beans, cheese in the oven to melt and then add toppings (pico de gallo, sour cream, lime juice, guacamole etc) We’ve also been using the chicken and just doing chicken and a salad mix. Any one pan meal should be pretty easy. Meat, veggies, & potatoes is one of our go to meals

@Rhianna I love 💕 Salt and Lavender recipes. A lot of them are 30 minutes or less and we haven’t found one we don’t like yet.
