Second pregnancy

Hi there Just found out I’m pregnant seeing my doctor tomorrow for a blood test but I am so anxious while pregnant this is my second one I just don’t know how to calm my nerves and enjoy it this time round. My cousin was pregnant but it was an empty sac so I think when it’s so close to home it’s really getting to me
