- Jacket potato with tuna (can have once a week) - Any fritter! Egg + small bit of flour then pan fry them in coconut oil or unsalted butter. Some of my little one’s favs are - Peas, feta and mint Broccoli and cheddar Salmon and potato - Pasta with … Pasata and basil Butternut squash and cream cheese Beef ragu - Omelette with lots of veg! - Get small tortillas and make quesadillas! Shred some chicken with mashed tomato, avocado and cheese and pan fry I usually serve all of these with a side of Greek yogurt and fruit :)
We batch cook meals such as cottage pie, curry, pasta bake etc so it can go in the microwave and then pair with some veg nice, quick and easy! x
Eggy bread with broccoli and cheese went down well this evening. Followed by yogurt

When we need quick food we do a jacket potato, tortellini, slow cooker on in the morning, a freezer meal we’ve batch cooked like lasagne etc, beans on toast, omelette, Tortilla pizza. That kind of thing x
