Help! GTT appointment

Morning! I need to change my Gestational diabetes appointment but I’m not sure who I should be contacting. I’ve tried to call Princess Anne/broadlands but they couldn’t help and gave me contact number for community coordinator. I’ve had no luck with either. Anyone else had similar issues & can help?
