Its just the cheese sauce you need to make which is so simple 250ml milk 2 tbsp plain flour 25g butter 50g grated strong cheddar Can add any type of cheese any seasoning or mustard anything to make it your own and of course salt and pepper Choose any pasta and boil it and its done
i boil my noodles then drain and on low heat stir in milk (only a little at a time if it’s too thick for your liking add more if you don’t want it runny add less), sliced pepper jack (or whatever cheese you want), about 1tbs butter, garlic salt, paprika, pepper. i grease a baking dish and add the macaroni and top with butter, extra cheese and bread crumbs and bake at 350 until it gets a nice golden look. i just made this the other night and it was SO good. my husband hates macaroni and cheese but loves pepperjack and finished half the dish by himself
I do 1 box elbow noodles (because my 3yo thinks it's not mac if the noodles are wrong lol) boil until al dente. Strain, put noodles back in pot. The rest is basically until your heart desires About 1/2 to 2/3 cup whole milk 2 Tbsp butter (I prefer stick butter not margarine but either will do) Roughly 12-15 slices of white American cheese (the real cheese not craft singles) 1-2 cups mozzarella cheese Pepper to taste Mix until all melted and gooey
Thank you ladies!! Baby and I appreciate it!
For a 1lv box of macaroni noodkes I make a roux with 4 tbsp of melted butter, add 3 tbsp flour and stir until its bubbling. Then slowly mix in 2 cups of whole milk, adding a little at a time until it thickens. Then I add a whole block (8oz) of shredded cheese. You can use any cheese or combo but I like colby. Then you just combine the cheese sauce with the cooked noodles and seasn it however you like, I usually do pepper and garlic powder.

Melt some butter ; add little flour , then slowly bit by bit add milk. I never measure, then add your cheese. I always add all purpose / old bay , thyme , rosemary , garlic and paprika. Then add your macaroni
