My LO loves chia pudding. You can also try avocado or cashew nuts pudding 😋
@Kat do you have a recipe for the chia pudding?
I use 4 table spoons of chia seeds for 1 cup of plant based milk. Shake it well in a jar and then add a bit of cacao powder, cinamon and maple syrup. Put into a fridge for 2h or overnight. I serve it with fresh berries and sometimes add a bit a greak yogurt to make it more nutritious 😊 But there are also different ways to do it. Check it out on the internet.
I know it isn’t super healthy, but we like to offer the small pots of custard (same size as fromage frais pots), a couple of times a week, sugar free/no added sugar angel delight is an occasional treat too 😋. These are inbetween the usual yogurt/fruit puddings x
