@Max thanks
Local Facebook groups is pretty common around me
Nannylane or Sittercity are also website options; not sure how good they are tho. Or local facebook pages.
Agencies recruit from FB nanny groups! I would say the best way is word of mouth. Always always do a background check yourself!
I struggle with care but i also think it could be my area
@Lyss Try the Bambino app: https://bambinositters.onelink.me/hLlD/qkdorew3
Thanks all, I'm going to see what's up. ☺️
I highly recommend a family members that you trust , my cousin will be watching my little guy when I go bk roughly the same time as you and she's fine with it but also is having her little girl a few months after and probably will need help so imma help her as she helps me 🙃 I feel like it's better for my situation
@Rhiannon Trust if I had that option I'd go that route.
@Violeta💕 fair enough I'm in the same boat but my cousins been proving to me that they can be trusted and proving that they can be and hasn't done anything stupid since I last saw them so I'm giving her a chance to be in my child life and 1 wrong step out if line she'll be kick to the crub but she hasn't since I found out I was pregnant and before that so she's getting 1 only chance for this
@Rhiannon but she's trustworthy? My baby is little little so I'm very worried. I'm dying over here. I'm on the fence but I'm probably going to go back to work for about a month or two and then I want to quit. Find a job I can work from home. It's going to be way too hard for me to leave him.
@Lyss it's hard I don't even know where to begin. I haven't had to worry about child care for a long time. Los Banos...is it coastal?
@Violeta💕 try & find a stay at home before you quit so if you need the job you'll have it to fall back on till you can get one
@Rhiannon I know I've been lagging it.

@Violeta💕 I get it but just try
Care.com is the best one I’ve seen so far as they are background checked from what I remember
