Can anyone offer some advice 🙏🏻

I have a 6week old. Since he was born he’s been very congested i been using nasal drops/spray and using the sucker thing. It has got a bit better but I also noticed he wheezes alot while feeding for the past couple weeks which I thought was wind/ reflux as he also brings up quite a bit of milk. He now has developed a sort of dry cough as well so I’m not sure what’s going on but My 2y old is currently suffering with the flu so not sure if the cough is a result of the flu or just more symptoms of something that is wrong with my baby since he was born. I’m gonna call the GP this morning but also wanted some advice about the congestion and wheezing while feeding could this be due to a milk allergy of which runs deep in both sides of the family. Also my 2 year old has CMPA as well but his symptoms where similar but he had a rash and mucus in his poo as well where as my baby isn’t presenting with a rash nor mucus in his stools. The health visitor couldn’t really offer much advice other then keep an eye on symptoms 🤷🏻‍♀️
