Our breakfast is usually scrambled eggs, peas, and toast. She almost always eats the peas and eggs and sometimes the toast. I like adding whatever fruit I have to the meal too.
Sounds like my son- I cannot get him to eat and he is so small for his age đ He will eat baked beans, spaghetti hoops and sometimes toast with cream cheese. Tomato soup usually goes down well too. Otherwise he lives on yoghurt and honey. Itâs so frustrating and Iâm constantly worried! I make him all sorts of healthy meals but heâll take a mouthful and completely refuse!
For breakfast I usually either do cereal with side fruit, scrambled eggs and toast, or boiled egg with side fruit and yoghurt or beans on toast. Lunch is normally sandwich with side fruit and cheese string and cucumber. Sometimes she has a mini pizza instead of the sandwich but the rest pretty much stays the same. Snack she will have crisps or biscuits. Dinners vary a lot x

If you would consider some Asian style food then for breakfast I give my baby some basic kidchi which is basmati rice and some salt and water and just boiled it and mash the rice when it softens and add water to make it a soup consistency and just eat it when itâs all soft and mushy like soup. Itâs tasty even if it doesnât sound so. For lunch and dinner I offer basmati rice and any curry such as lentils, mixed vegetables bhaji, simple chicken curry or egg curry. You can also offer simple pilaf or some savoury rice with salads such as a slice of cucumber or some lettuce for you and baby to much on. Me and baby are eating similar and sometimes same food.
