Breakfast lunch and dinner ideas?

I have a near two year old in a matter of weeks😭! Anything to do with food is a headache when it comes to my girl! Breakfast I offer cereal or toast or crumpets or a yogurt and fruit no to everything (unless it’s mine) around 8amish Lunch I offer sandwich ham, cheese, jam, tuna sweetcorn, cheese and onion filler she will sometimes eat doesn’t eat crisps atm and fruit is non existent unless it’s a Ella’s kitchen fruit pouch! And maybe a small chocolate snack on a rare occasion (11:30/12/1 depending on nap time) Dinner I don’t make different dinners she eats what I eat I dunno if it’s to early (5:30-6) or what but she don’t eat shit bedtime is aimed for 7-8 occasionally 9 if we are seeing her dad after he finishes work (we’re together but don’t live together as I live in a hostel) I offer a range of different things the only thing I know for sure she will eat is tuna pasta! Please if anyone has any budget friendly suggestions for breakfast lunch and dinner friendly for both me and her I don’t have an oven I have an air fryer and a microwave and a small hob! Any suggestions would be so helpful thank you!

If you would consider some Asian style food then for breakfast I give my baby some basic kidchi which is basmati rice and some salt and water and just boiled it and mash the rice when it softens and add water to make it a soup consistency and just eat it when it’s all soft and mushy like soup. It’s tasty even if it doesn’t sound so. For lunch and dinner I offer basmati rice and any curry such as lentils, mixed vegetables bhaji, simple chicken curry or egg curry. You can also offer simple pilaf or some savoury rice with salads such as a slice of cucumber or some lettuce for you and baby to much on. Me and baby are eating similar and sometimes same food.

Our breakfast is usually scrambled eggs, peas, and toast. She almost always eats the peas and eggs and sometimes the toast. I like adding whatever fruit I have to the meal too.

Sounds like my son- I cannot get him to eat and he is so small for his age 😭 He will eat baked beans, spaghetti hoops and sometimes toast with cream cheese. Tomato soup usually goes down well too. Otherwise he lives on yoghurt and honey. It’s so frustrating and I’m constantly worried! I make him all sorts of healthy meals but he’ll take a mouthful and completely refuse!

For breakfast I usually either do cereal with side fruit, scrambled eggs and toast, or boiled egg with side fruit and yoghurt or beans on toast. Lunch is normally sandwich with side fruit and cheese string and cucumber. Sometimes she has a mini pizza instead of the sandwich but the rest pretty much stays the same. Snack she will have crisps or biscuits. Dinners vary a lot x
