Nanny
I’ve been looking into taking my 8 month old to a nanny or babysitting job with me. Any tips on how to approach this to families ? Or if anyone does this any help or advice on how to make this work ?

@Cindy me and the wife are kind of friends so when we were talking one time i just asked if she knew anyone needing a babysitter and she just told me she needed one so we set it up
i nanny an 18 month old with my 8 month old! i posted in a fb group looking for a nanny explaining i am a sahm and we met up before hand and they get along super well

I take my 8 month old babysitting, i baby sit my husbands bosses kids (7 of them). I started by asking if they knew anyone wanting a babysitter but I think as far as making it work idk, I got really really lucky because they had an extra pack n play i use to put my son down for naps and their kids all love my baby
