It's recommended to have strong lunch.. I start with simolina or portage with some fruit , for luck would be meat with veggies or what I will have for dinner , and dinner sometimes looks like breakfast or smaller portion of same as lunch folowed with fruit..
Our daughter has just had a small serving of whatever we are having for dinner since she was 6 months. And if it’s a salty meal we miss out the salt (I do salmon in soya sauce, she has a piece cooked in milk instead so low sodium). We never did purees, just small pieces. She’s barely ever gagged. Maybe twice? We are just lucky though perhaps.
