@Hannah that is so wonderful to hear, it really does give me hope. how did they evaluate your liver? was it an ultrasound or another kind of scan? all my doctor told me was to exercise, avoid fatty foods, sugar and alcohol. i’ve always ate clean and i’ve never been much of a drinker so that advice isn’t really getting me anywhere. i have zero energy and headaches all day everyday. i just want to feel healed☹️
@Bianca Aww sounds like your doing everything right. Think it will just be time that heals you. Keep doing what your doing and it should get better ❤️. I had an ultrasound, fibroscan and biopsy in 2019 to confirm my scarring stage. I’ve only had the fibroscan to confirm it’s gone but that’s The standard they use unless you’ve got bad results Etc. So they were happy enough to sign me off from any Specalist. I’m getting tested again tomorrow for my 6-8 week follow up after this pregnancy but my liver managed to stay relatively good this time. Was more kidney and bp and stuff that was bad this time. But definitely just keep doing what your doing. Sounds like your doing everything right and maybe just taking a little time for your body to relax and recuperate. Think enzymes are the last thing to return to normal with the liver so hopefully your livers doing ok and it’s just taking a while to get your enzymes normal ❤️❤️xx
I’ve just had my baby at 31 weeks due to preclampsia and I’ve got a history of liver disease just generally. The one good thing about the liver is it heals in time. If It was the cause of the liver damage I’m sure it will go back to normal in time🤞🏻❤️. Deffo get your doctor to do some re-testing. To give you hope tho I had stage 3 liver damage in 2019 with really bad fibrosis scarring, last year in 2023 I was retested and my scarring had basically healed and gone. They signed me off as having a normal liver again ❤️. It’s definitely a strong organ xx i hope You feel better soon and congratulations on your little one 🥰x
