Stressed bc food is gross right now

I’m currently 6 weeks and 4 days, and I’ve been so nauseous for the past 2 weeks. Cooking is overwhelming because everything smells terrible and unappetizing to me. The only thing that’s been appealing is takeaway, but I know that’s unsustainable and unhealthy in the long term. I’ve not thrown up yet— it’s just severe loss of appetite so far, but at this point, I’m worried I’m not getting enough nutrients for baby. Help! Any ideas for no-cook, unoffending foods to eat, or anything I can do to help bring my appetite back? 🥺

Sorry to read this hun, I'm going through this too. Have you found some food you're more attracted to like homemade chips? Boiled egg? Pasta? I went off my morning fruit smoothie routine but I somehow like having the breakfast yogurt with fruit and a bit of dark chocolate.

Don’t worry to much I didn’t really eat much at all through my first pregnancy with how bad my sickness and nausea was and he came out 7.7 lol and I lost more weight than I gained in that pregnancy . If your feeling sluggish it’s because babies taking all the good that is left see your local doctors about the pregnancy vitimans also try snacking on ginger biscuits or dry toast x
