It’s ok if they have a bit of an unstable few months of a couple of staff have left and replacements come in, but if it’s constant and none of the staff stay long and it’s just constant change long term that’s not great. You can just ask them if there is a reason for it xx

It would be a bit of a red flag for me and I would be mentioning it to the nursery manager for reasoning. Children like familiarity so it would concern me, especially for my daughter as it takes her some time with a new member of staff. I would also be looking at the levels of qualifications of the staff too

That would be a huge concern to me. I would see the manager and ask why. Ours have stayed the same for 2 years - the staff are happy. Happy staff happy kids :)
