Does anyone’s LO just eat and eat and eat.

My girl had steamed greens and moussaka (lamb, potato, aubergine in) for dinner. I use some kefir plain yoghurt at times to make greens more creamy on taste (dip them in it). (Chopped kale, tenderstorm broccoli finger food, smashed peas etc) She just would eat and eat at times. Today some came up (she’s not bothered by and just laughs 😵‍💫) and I realised enough was enough. Even though she would have had more having been her choice. She’s always been into food and has an appetite for it Is there some sort of measure guide on how many grams they should have. So I know to keep within that re mit? Thanks

My son loves his food as well, but I let him eat as much as he wants. He will show me the signs once he is full and doesn't want to eat anymore (shaking his head when I ask him if he wants more, scratching his eyes, playing with the food etc) 3 meals + 1 snack

I go by portion size the same as my little one's fist, as that is same size as their stomach

Theres no measurement at this age really, if they're eating, they must be hungry. Their bodies are really good at managing when they're full x
