Feeding Cues…
Hello, my 11/12week old doesn’t show hunger cues. Like I look out for them and if she’s hungry it’s more she cries.
She eats her hands all of the time and ‘rooting’ she does even after bottle and it’s like she’s ’trying to bite’ she’s recently found her hands too.
Anyone else?

My 14 week old does all of this too and it’s so difficult to know whether she’s hungry or not 😭
My 12week old is the same. But I've now realised she sucks on her hand like crazy and makes alot of noise when she's hungry rather than just normally sucking on her hands all the other times. I also track her feeding times and have noticed she usually eats every 4hrs now - if I feed her too early she will absolutely not drink, she will push out the bottle with her tongue and cry if I try force her but literally will not drink at all

Exact same here! Hands are always in her mouth and doesn’t show any other classic signs. In the first couple months I was literally just sticking the boob in her mouth anytime she started to get fussy but then realized she might be getting fussy for different reasons so instead I think ok how long has it been since she fed, is she maybe tired or needs burped or changing etc. I’m not timing feeds or anything but have just naturally kind of gotten better at figuring out what she wants whether it’s a feed or something different
