Question for working moms

Who leave their babies in daycare??! I’ve been trying to work for the past couple of months but I feel stuck because I don’t really have trustworthy family that live near me so my only option is daycare but I’m soo scared of something happening to her or some treating her bad, how do you guys do this ?!!!

Me I find a daycare with high ratings one that sent me updates throughout the day I send my girl to kinder care

My son goes to day care I’ve been back to work for 3 weeks now and been taking him b/c like you don’t have much support and the people I do have all work too. Both me and dad work and daycare is our only option. This is the website I found my sons daycare on. It’s really good and it tells you if they pass inspection how long they been licensed and more. https://ocfs.ny.gov/programs/childcare/looking/ccfs-search.php I type in my city, zip and read about it on here then I goggled the place and looked for reviews. My son is 6 months but I feel he’s very happy there and I love his caretakers. When I drop him off he’s happy to see them and they are happy to see him too. I feel he’s safe and happy and plus I prayed on it before hand and trust and have faith that everything is well. When you find a place hun call them up go for an interview and bring your daughter see the vibes you both get and go with your gut feeling mama. It’s gonna be alright.

You know what my problem is with daycare? I’m afraid of letting my little girl nap there because she has only napped at home. I don’t have confidence she will nap there. Idk

@Jadie the staff who work in daycares have loads of experience of getting little ones to sleep 😊

@Jadie she will eventually as she will be so tired from all the fun!! Ours has a great routine and they all take themselves off to their cots at 12 for sleepy time!! Amazing!!!

Make sure you tour the daycare and trust your gut. Also see how happy the staff look! We love our daycare, he is so happy there, he gives them kisses and likes to share his food with them. He brings back so much art

The first day my boy wouldn't nap either, and the second day it was tough to get him down and he had a crap nap. But he was fine by day three We started with leaving him with family so he was used to us not being around. Then we did a few shorter days. And then just cold Turkey
