You can eat during your induction ☺️. First night we had a Chinese. Second night we went to Costa in the hospital and third night I had a kfc. Fourth night I was in labour ❤️. It’s just during active labour that you can’t eat xx

I honestly just ate toast cas i was so nervous but you can eat whatever you want during your induction unless you have the hormone drip...when I got put on this I just got given toast before and then sips of water/clear liquids such as lucozade or apple juice!

McDonald’s breakfast 😂

I had lamb casserole (hospital food) was still starving afterwards so sent my partner out to for McDonald’s 😂

I can’t remember what I ate before it - hospital food cause it was inpatient, but I remember during it (just before the took me down to labour ward to remove the balloon etc) throwing up my lunch and dinner that day 😂 But by then I was also in established labour haha

I was allowed a ham and cheese sandwich in the hospital 🥲 I was incredibly jealous of my husband eating the snacks I'd packed while I was in labor. After induction, I had blue raspberry ice chips until my son was born.

I would defo eat as much as you can / want before - food is energy! Once the labour bit is properly going they won’t let you eat (mine let me “sneak” a flapjack cos I was starving)

Had Burger King delivered to the hospital during my induction!

Chicken strips eggs smoked sausage

I went to Texas Roadhouse lol

You can eat whatever you feel up to eating! Mine was at like 7am so I had cereal before I went in and then was there for 3 days so had my snacks/hospital food/costa

Annoyingly, my hospital put me on an all clear liquid diet from the first day of my induction. I was trying for a VBAC but they apparently thought surgery was imminent, even though I was doing a slow induction with foley bulb for 12 hours then pitocin. My doula brought me contraband food because she said I needed my energy. Once we amped up the induction I followed the liquid diet.
