I drank coffee my entire pregnancy. I was just mindful of how much caffeine I was drinking. I would only have one cup of coffee in the morning. On days that I really wanted a second cup, I would just take a few sips and dump it. Same thing with soda. When I was craving soda, I would only have a few sips and dump it.

Nope! You can have 200mg per day. About 1-2 cups of coffee. I switched to half caff coffee in mornings and decaf in the afternoon. I also enjoy soda regularly.

Nope. As stated you can have 200mg caffeine a day. I only drank a cup in the morning to take the edge away or at least half a cup mostly .

200mg of caffeine is the max. one cup of coffee typically has around 60-90. i used to drink 1 espresso drink from starbucks (peppermint mocha) that was “exactly” 200 haha

Oh! I also lost the taste for coffee in my first trimester. It grossed me out. But thankfully, the desire came back in the second trimester. I’m 30 weeks now and I could probably do without it most day. But I know I need the caffeine and it’s better than soda. I would just be careful of any Starbucks/Dunkin drinks that are high in sugar and caffeine content. One occasionally won’t hurt baby though. I also think coffee can trigger acid reflux if you have that symptom.
