Yes, they definitely don't complain about being picked up early, although I let them know in advance so they can have him ready.
I have this exact slot at my sons nursery on a Monday, we drop him off at about 7:15 ish and we pick him up at 4 o’clock as that’s what time we both get home. We message about 5/10 minutes before we get there to let them know to have him all ready X
You can drop off and pick up when you like. Just be mindful of their nursery routine though as you might go to pick up in the middle of lunch or nap time etc x

Our nursery is open 8am-6pm and you can drop off between 8-10am and pick up between 3.30-6pm. Ask your nursery if they have specific time windows for drop off and collection as they all do things slightly differently!
I’m sure every nursery would be the same, but no you can normally pick up/drop off whenever ! We pay for 8-6 but I drop around 8.15 and pick up around 5.15 x
