Starting solids…

Any good weaning charts or websites that are good to refer to? My LB will be 6 months soon and looking for good tips / guides to help with weaning /solids etc. Thank you 🙏

Definitely check out Solid Starts. You can type in any food type and they’ll tell you when to introduce it and how to serve it (how big the chunks should be etc) for all the different age groups.

Kids eat in color is a great resource (Instagram and website)

Boob to food also has some great resources

I purchased the solid starts plan. It does 100 foods in the first 100 days. I actually found it really helpful even on my third time around because it took me out of the slump of serving the same stuff every day.

Thank you all! Will check out everything recommended!! 🥰

The solid starts app is awesome!!

@Liliana it’s definitely good, if your child doesn’t have allergies. Their information is very useful and educational.
