When did you use an activity saucer?

My girl is very tall. She will be 4 months old next week and is wearing size 12-18 months. My pediatrician said she's ready for an activity saucer at 4 months but I've seen so many baby PTs say wait until 6 months. The thing is that since she's so tall, I'm worried she'll be too big for it if I wait too long. When did y'all start using it? This is the one I have.

You can start at 4 months if your pediatrician said she's ready she can

I put my girl in briefly around 4-5 but she didn’t touch the bottom so I stopped til around 6-7!

If you feel she’d be okay go for it; who cares what anyone else thinks girl🫶

My 5.5m is using one because my kid wants to walk! I went by the rule - “if they want to stand and walk, and sit almost completely independently, it’s okay”. I’m huge on the Pediatric PT reviews and honestly if it won’t cause hip dysplasia and is spine development friendly, I’d say go for it! I’ve watch my girl go from laying in one place and rolling, to her standing up and bouncing! My LO is 30in. tall, weighing in at about 17lbs!

She will be fine and she can work on her leg muscles in it too

Around 5 months old we put ours in and just put a pillow under it so they could touch the ground 😅 As soon as they get interested in walking they won’t want to be in it, so don’t leave it too long. Both mine were out of it around 10 months old x
