Help!
Rash on my 3 year old boy, just on the hand/arm 😭 he came back from the nursery on Friday saying his hand had a boo-boo i just thought he might have bumped it on something as it just had a small red patch. But it seems to be getting worse :( any ideas what it could be?

Yer I would definitely speak to a medical professional. How is he reacting to it? Can he moves his fingers/hand okay? Is it a little swollen too?
If it is spreading, you should bring him to the doctor! 🥹
Draw round it and I'd definitely speak to 111 or go to urgent care.
Is he allergic to anything?
Thank you for all the comments guys 🥹 It looks like a sunburn, is a little bit swollen, he can move his fingers and isn’t complaining about any pain. I will definitely call 111 tomorrow and ask for advice. It’s just weird because he isn’t bothered about it and nothing else that we do in a day is different:/ he has never had any allergic reactions before either :(
I just can’t figure out what could have caused it 😭😭
Personally if it’s spreading maybe call 111 also put a mark where it ends so u can see if continuing to spread
