Weight loss

Ever since I had my little one I’ve gained weight (a lot) and I can’t seem to lose it. Before and for the first 3 months of my pregnancy I was 130lb… my son is now 2 and I weigh 235lb. I went through postpartum depression and anxiety for a long time and I’m finally feeling myself now and I can’t wear the clothes that I would like to like I used to and I’m trying really hard not to fall back into depression because of my insecurities… sooooo if anyone is feeling this way as well, wanna go on a weight loss journey together?

I feel the same way. I am struggling with accepting my self after my daughter and still trying to lose the weight but you definitely will.Give yourself some grace

Yes!! I’m about to get a gym membership after I get cleared at my 6w checkup! I went from 140 before pregnancy to 220 now.

Hey, I’m in the same boat! I never really have the spare time to go to the gym or workout so I aim to go for a 10,000 step walk a day and I am currently in a calorie deficit, I have knocked about 7lb off so far but I do sometimes find it hard to stick to it, I’ve noticed though when you notice it works it encourages you to stick to it abit more x

Even if you have some family or friends to walk with you, makes it that little bit easier and sometimes for enjoyable
